Hey Girl! I think the 30 Day Shred is a great idea, I might have to add that to my routine, I have been wanting to change it up a bit………I will still run as I am addicted but the gym (free weights & machines) are “so old” now. Keep us posted on how it goes for you.
P.S. I am loving the chocolate chips in the Oatmeal, never thought of doing that but I SO AM now! YUMMY! =)
