but you are right! it shouldn’t and look at how far you’ve come to stray from the habits from college. I can relate to emotional eating, I deal with it everyday, but when I fail, I realize that it’s a work in process thing. we’re all a “work in process” so when we slip, we learn and get back up. A journal helps too for me!
