Good Sunday

Today, I woke up really late to work out at the gym. I don’t know how i slept in so late but I made up by working out to my Tae-bo dvd. It was a great workout and I feel I burned a lot of calories. Lunch was a late one, since I woke up around 11:30.
I did have a great brunch which consisted of vanilla flavored Oikos w/ some strawberries and granola on top and read my new Oxygen magazine.

I was sad to find I was out of tomatoes and lettuce for my turkey sandwich. I survived and decided to just eat it plain with some light mayo and carrots on the side w/ ranch dressing.
I actually remembered to take my vitamins today…yeah! My Mother told me about Biotin which is a vitamin thats good for your hair,skin and nails. Some lady at her office has been taking it for months and her hair is getting reall long. I think I had heard of it before, so i was happy to accept them from my Mom.
I have no clue what Im eating for dinner. I think I’ll end up eating more leftovers.
