Eats from the Week

I was busy at work and wasn’t a good blogger this week, but I did manage to take some pics when i remembered!


Unfortunately this soup was not to my liking…I could only eat a small portion of it. I think it was b/c it was Campbells Light soup!


Sunnydale yougurt w/ bananas and fiber cereal was delicious!



Sweet Potato/ Black bean Veggie Burgers came out great!! My family especially enjoyed them…I’ll have to make more next week.

I attempted to make some veggie quesadillas (not all that) but the my veggie burgers were the bOmB! Amazing.

* Upper body weight lifting

Yes, its one sweet potato and a can of black beans and some salt and pepper. I added spinach and an egg white also. For a little kick I add burrito seasoning.
