Yay, for Mondays…Happy MLK Day
I think I enjoyed my Monday off, b/c I slept in and missed breakfast.
Non-Fat Vanilla yogurt drizzled over an apple and pear! Only thing missing is some granola…buying some tonight for work tomorrow.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich on potato bread, cheese, mustard and homemade hummus. I made the hummus on Saturday and I have enough for two weeks…two small containers filled with delicious hummus!
The hummus wasn’t as thick as I would have liked, but it still tastes great!

I feel like I’ve eaten a lot of deli style foods this weekend, so for dinner I made some chil con carne and shredded cheese on top…yummy!
Fitness:
30 minutes of Cardio Fusion
20 minutes Yoga

So true, I wish I had tried it long time ago. I never knew what it exactly was….and now I’m making it! lol
OMG, I love hummus so much!!! I think I am seriously addicted. I could eat the whole batch every time I make it! Never thought it would be a ‘red light’ food for me! Brownies,yes. But hummus??? Who knew!
