Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean oatmeal

Lunch:
Baked chicken, Sweet potato, baby carrots and apple

Snack:
Honey nut cheerios

Dinner:
Baked Chicken, Brown Rice

Exercise: 30 DAY SHRED…WHOOP WHOOP!
