I pushed myself and started the 31 Days of Yoga Challenge! I did some Namaste Yoga for 30 minutes on Fit TV! Followed by a big bowl of oats and fruit. I think I’m catching something…once again. So, I’m going to pick up some Emergeny C to make myself feel better. I’m going to a hockey game and I hope I’ll survive the coldness….Wish me Luck!
Brown Sugar Oatmeal, yogurt and apples!
Lunch was 2 sweet potatoes and chicken patty…not all that,but it did fill me up. I don’t know where we will eat after this game tonight….going with Chris to watch his friend play. ”No checking league”, but I’m always hoping for a little fight. haha
