I woke up i a great mood and said ”nothing is going to get me down”. I think it was all the extra sleep I got in last night! Yeah! for me & to top it off, it was my weigh in day. I lost 5 pounds and I’m feeling on cloud nine; determination & hard work pays off!

Dinner:
- Turkey Tacos
Exercise: 45 minute The Firm dvd
30 min. cardio
