Next week, I’ll be in my new position; promotion comes with my very own office and a computer…finally peace and quiet too! I will be blogging regularly, hoping to post twice a day…cross fingers! With that said Things are good, but I’m finding myself making excuses for not working out every other day. I have made myself a calendar with workouts planned and meals planned as well. I’m thinking of purchasing a running skirt and I’m hearing some great things about them from so many bloggers, I think I’ll be treating myself to one this weekend, followed by pedicure, manicure and brow wax!
Breakfast:
- banana w/ AB
- instant kashi go lean oatmeal
Lunch
- 3 slices- thin crust Mediterranean pizza….DELICIOUS
Dinner
- chicken salad spread
- whole wheat toasted bread
Exercise: 45 minute ”killer” Jillian Michael’s workout!
