I started my morning off right by lacing up my tennis shoes and turning on my dvd to The Firm: Total Body Crunch. I did not want to jump out of the bed at all, but I pushed myself and kept thinking ”You can do it lazy bones” After a good 25 min workout I fixed some sweets to eat:
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Peace granola
- Oikos
- Whole Grain Cinnamon Raisin Bread!
I’m liking this whole wheat cinnamon bread too!
Lunch today was a wrap filled with mustard, greens, tomatoes, feta and turkey!
Wrapped up with some carrots and apples to go to work. oh! can’t forget the Oikos YUMMY!
As for dinner, I just can’t say yet….b/c I’m clueless about what to make. I’m thinking something with cheese and chicken, we shall see.

OH, You have to buy some. get the flavored though. I’m not big on the plain Greek.
I keep hearing great things about greek yogurt (specifically Oikos), I’m new to greek feta cheese … and love it … I think Oikos is next on my list to explore … lol … …
