I’ve been secretly saving money for this…sshh!
I tried out a new yoga dvd I picked up at the store for $3, so I had to see if it was any good.
”Kabbalah Yoga”-Advanced, but I was surprised that it wasn’t as advanced as I thought. I had no problem with these poses, some were new to me also.
My new Pose for the week is the ”Standing Spilt”. I need to learn balance!
