I’ve been slacking in fitness since I was sick this week but I got back on it today. I did 45 minutes of The Firm followed by a 3 mile run…Crazy but I was on fire. Now I am pooped.
I had oats w/ coconut and strawberry Chobani mixed in, after my run.
Now,I’m off to pick up eats for a small ”Scary Movie Night” I’m hosting at our apt. I’m not gonna lie and say I’m serving fruits and veggies. No, we’re having our candy and popcorn tonight…in moderation. I’m actually not a big candy person and I don’t care for popcorn that much either, but everyone loves treats while watching movies.
I’ve got my trusty bottle of H2O.
Followed by some Pop Chips as I run errands.
(Yes, I do love this yellow shirt, I wore it to work earlier this week.) lol

In other news…
Oprah will be at The Texas State Fair...hope to get a picture of her! Renee, my bestie, and I have dreamed of being on the Oprah show since forever… We are too excited to get a peek at her.
