Do you plan your workouts or wing it?
Part of my mission to bounce back & stay in shape is the new workout schedule I have committed to keeping for June (so far so good) and planning ahead keeps me accountable.

Yoga was not on the schedule today, but being a Monday morning I felt the need to stretch and mentally prepare myself for a busy day at the offce.
Let’s not forget to look cute while working out!!

I like to write plans but I’m more of a weekly work out planner. Monthly always overwhelms me!

I always plan my workouts. I find that by having a schedule holds me much more accountablt to sticking with it and working harder!
i dont schedule workouts…but its something i want to start doing (what’s stopping me..i dont know!) and i just decided i need to get myself a cute pink yoga mat!
You are seriously a planner. I’m not that organized but I do get the exercise in – when I’m not injured of course! Love the outfits. Cute!
Oh ladies, it took me forever to plan and stick to it. By posting on the blog really helps me; especially when people say ”Hey, how was your workout”. lol
I’m a planner!! Today’s plan was 6.5 miles + abs – but I only did 6.25 + abs – close enough!!
Cool schedule! I usually wing it, but I think if I did something like you, I’d probably work out much more. I’m gonna copy you. PS I love Zumba, thanks for introducing me to it!

Oh I am a planner all the way! And you always have to look cute even in your own home I did legs and a boxing DVD today.
