I’m starting this lovely Monday with whole wheat cinnamon toast, naner and chai Tea.
Great way to start Monday.
Now, I’m off to work.

We decided to order in and devoured some pizza. I ordered simple Pineapple & black olives while Chris went with pepperoni pizza.
Added my own feta cheese

This Morning, I laced up my sneakers and went for a 3 mile run. I’ve lost my sports watch so I plan to buy one later this week. It’s killing me not running with a watch to keep accurate time and distance.
Do you eat before you run in the morning?
I get a sick feeling when I do but I’m trying to at least eat a piece of bread or fruit.
Today’s Breakfast was a peach smoothie, I got the idea from Meghann, who had one yesterday. Considering I’m low on my fresh fruit I used my last bit of frozen, which was a bag of peaches.
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 cups peaches, 1 cup soy milk.

Time to watch ” The View” and do my meal plan for the week. I was lazy and didn’t get to it yesterday.
Do you plan your meals in advance?
Yea! for National Yoga Month, I love me some yoga I’ve decided to challenge myself and learn a new pose weekly and enroll in a yoga class again! So, I’m off to check out the local rec center or this yoga studio I’ve been to in the past!
Oh…before I leave I started my day with some yummy Whole grain cinnamon toast, Oikos & chai tea. I had hot tea today, but I think it’s still too warm outside to be drinking it hot, in the morning. I’ll wait till winter comes to drink it hot, so for now it’ll be ice cold tea for me!

Morning,
I was happy to wake up with a soar throat almost gone and huge rumble in the tum tum!!
I treated myself to french toast and berries.
The berries on top was sweet addition. I took some blue berries and strawberries, popped them in the microwave for 2 minutes and added some cinnamon. Then poured the mixture on the french toast.
This made me happy
A green monster hit the spot after finishing off the toast!
I surprised myself by finishing this tall glass; I hadn’t drank a GM in a long time.
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 1 T of Horizon Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup of OJ
Now, that I’ve chowed down I’m going to get ready for church, come back and do my ”Saturday Cleaning” and relax!
