Tasty Delights

Today I decided to make French Toast for the very first time and it came out great!! The French toast was delicious with some cinnamon on top, peaches and bananas on the side. I ran errands so I didn’t do a real lunch, I just snacked on hummus and veggies. Pleased my craving for fro-yo and went on my way to a birthday party for Jay & Jordan hosted by friends Mikey & Austin. I love when my girl from Midland comes down to visit her family. There were a lot of people and food going around.

Breakfast:

  • peaches
  • bananas
  • cinnamon french toast


Lunch: carrots, apples, hummus, almond butter, wasa crackers

Snack: Fro-yo
Raspberry and NYC cheesecake (unsweetened)

  • mango
  • raspberries
  • strawberries
  • coconut
  • granola
  • choco chips


Dinner: Grilled hot link, ques0 and chips

SPLURGE DAY! Gotta love it too :)

Pump it up Thursdays

Next week, I’ll be in my new position; promotion comes with my very own office and a computer…finally peace and quiet too! I will be blogging regularly, hoping to post twice a day…cross fingers! With that said Things are good, but I’m finding myself making excuses for not working out every other day. I have made myself a calendar with workouts planned and meals planned as well. I’m thinking of purchasing a running skirt and I’m hearing some great things about them from so many bloggers, I think I’ll be treating myself to one this weekend, followed by pedicure, manicure and brow wax!

Breakfast:
  • banana w/ AB
  • instant kashi go lean oatmeal

Lunch

  • 3 slices- thin crust Mediterranean pizza….DELICIOUS

Dinner

  • chicken salad spread
  • whole wheat toasted bread

Exercise: 45 minute ”killer” Jillian Michael’s workout!
