Hi, I’m Nicci and thanks for visiting Nifty Eats, where trying to stay healthy, fit in exercise after my 9-5 job can be tricky.
I’m a Twenty-Something Exec. Assistant for a Non-profit agency, in the North Texas area. This is my Healthy Living Blog about finding and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I love to blog about food, fitness and fun things.
I made the decision over a year ago to use my kitchen on an everyday basis and master the art of not surviving on fast food as a quick fix; cooking healthy meals for two working people as well!
I figured the best way to eat a healthy meal is to cook it myself. I’m currently living a Semi-Vegetarian Lifestyle filled with fresh fruits, vegetables and wholesome ingredients.
My main passion is yoga, pilates and running, but I do enjoy every aspect of fitness.
My healthy living philosophy is to exercise, eat right; save room for a glass of wine & a cupcake on the side!
