Snappy Saturday

Grocery Shopping:Fruits and Veggies!

*Pears
*Pineapple
*Carrots
*Apples
*Onions
*Potatoes

I felt like sleeping in this morning so I didn’t eat right away. Instead I watched some TV and drank a big glass of Orange juice. But then I ended up eating around 10am.

Baked Chicken with hummus and spinach on Rosemary french bread!

Haha, now later after this meal, I ended up craving eggs and made a crust less mini quiche. Can we say ”lunch for breakfast, and breakfast for lunch

*Mozzarella cheese
*Spinach
*eggs (3)
*Peppers
*Ham

I’ve decided to join Tina over at Carrots n’ Cake for her 30 day yoga challenge! The challenge starts tomorrow, March 1st….can’t wait to get limber and build strength!

Thank Goodness it’s Friday

I’ll be skipping right to dinner b/c I skipped breakfast and ate at Grandys for lunch. I wasn’t ready to reveal my blog to my coworker yet. When I think of eating at Grandys, I think of ”greasy chicken”, so I was surprised when i had the lunch buffet and it had baked chicken on it. So, I ordered the baked chicken, corn, green beans, soup and a nice salad. I actually had self control and stayed away from the rolls!

Chris (the bf) and I planned to on Applebees for dinner, but the wait was too long. We settled on Golden China, around the corner, and it was okay. I now remember why I love Chopsticks and no longer do Chinese buffets. I loaded my plate, but I had will power not to eat everything…I barely ate anything. I didn’t even think about seconds. I felt ashamed I even took pics of this food!!

My version of dessert: Cantaloup and 2 sushi rolls…not very good.

I don’t know how My b.f.f in Utah and I ate here all the time. I guess we thought it was the best Chinese in town. Not Anymore!!

Happy Hump Day =weekend is close

I gave in to temptation w/ co workers and ate out for breakfast: Burger King croissant w/ an egg. I had this craving for eggs this morning and didn’t have time to make any before work.

Snack was that delicious banana bread and vanilla yogurt and a HUGE strawberry…Yes!

I’m officially having Pizza Night once a week! I went exploring through my frig and found some things to throw together to make this mini pizza! I just love these little pans my Mom bought for me! No more ordering pizza,when I can just make a personal one!

Exercise: 1 Mile with the bf tonight, he keeps me going!!

Skinny Tuesday

I prefer ”Skinny Tuesday”, but I wish I had some beads to wear to work…even though I don’t realy celebrate Fat Tuesday. I have new breakfast eats that I’m really loving right now. Banana bread, Yogurt and a banana. All things banana Rocks. At first, I didn’t think I would like it but the bread in the yogurt is gooey and yummy.

I was really busy with work b/c of annual renewal with 20 clients come in every hour, but I managed to get to get all work done and enjoy my soup and salad for lunch. I love Amy’s Organic Soups, but I wish I could find the soup at a lower price. I may just start making soup, if I have time during the week, but her soups are so good. I dont’ know if mine could compare!


I wasn’t very hungry for dinner, so I ate a small baked chicken deli style sandwhich: hummus style! Tomatos and lettuce too.

Exercise: 30 minute ab workout
