Recap of the Week

Today I started out with some yummy Trail Mix Crunch cereal. I definitely like this Post cereal, it lives up to its name: crunchy with lots of cranberries and almonds!


I waited a couple hours later and did an hour of Yoga with Steve Ross. I’m learning new poses and increasing flexibility & strength. Then I headed out the door to our local Arts & Jazz Festival. Met my Besties and enjoyed the music and shopped around.
I was proud of myself for only eating a corn dog and took along my bottle of H20!
I came back home and a great Lunch:

Not my best picture, I was in a hurry but it was good. Hummus w/ Spinach and tomato sandwich,cottage cheese and steamed veggies and rice! No clue what I’ll eat for dinner, but I’ll leave you with some pics I did take this week:

Thanks so much for the comment girl<3 It's so hard to post regularly, but I'm glad we have such a supportive blogging community. Your eats look AMAZING. Like seriously, mouth watering…Fresh fruit?! Yes pleaaaase.
