Super Saturday

Im trying not to focus all my energy on taking pics & I think I’ve done a pretty good job b/c I took none this week :] I did focus on healthy eating and packing that lunch except for 2 days! That is a major goal in my eyes. I’m not going to go into much detail, but all the weight I had lost…has come back. I slacked off in the past couple months and didn’t exercise, but this week I took back control. I know if I stick to this healthy eating & fitness, I can achieve my goals!

Saturday Menu:
Breakfast:

  • 3 small pancakes
  • topped w/ Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • Fresh cut Mango
  • Green Monster: 2 bananas, 1/2 mango, 1/2 cup yogurt, ice, 3 cups spinach

Lunch:

  • Caesars salad
  • spicy blk bean veggie pattie

Dinner: THE BEST SALAD EVER! Chick-fil-a Char grilled Chicken & Fruit Salad!

thanks for your comment on my blog a while ago! i feel you on the taking pics thing…i haven't stopped yet, but i'm starting to realize that we're not blogging to post pretty food pictures. we're doing this to achieve our goals! yay for getting back on track!
