Recap of the Week

Today I started out with some yummy Trail Mix Crunch cereal. I definitely like this Post cereal, it lives up to its name: crunchy with lots of cranberries and almonds!


I waited a couple hours later and did an hour of Yoga with Steve Ross. I’m learning new poses and increasing flexibility & strength. Then I headed out the door to our local Arts & Jazz Festival. Met my Besties and enjoyed the music and shopped around.
I was proud of myself for only eating a corn dog and took along my bottle of H20!
I came back home and a great Lunch:

Not my best picture, I was in a hurry but it was good. Hummus w/ Spinach and tomato sandwich,cottage cheese and steamed veggies and rice! No clue what I’ll eat for dinner, but I’ll leave you with some pics I did take this week:

EEEK!

I decided to go back to Sparkspeople.com to keep track of calories but I now now i prefer my blogging. I’ve also been trying a new routine of bedtime by 9pm in order for cardio or yoga in the morning. Consider I get off of work at 5, it’s been a challenge, but a pay off. I feel better knowing I’m getting sleep and losing some weight. I’m still cooking meals at home and working out after work too. Busy Bee! I miss blogging and I’m sooooooo behind on reading all those great blogs and posting my own. Wish me Luck as I try to get out my camera and Keep on going!
