Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

by Nicci on 03/04/2010

Our friend Eric invited us to ”Spaghetti-Extravaganza Part II” last night. I was supper excited because Eric makes delicious spaghetti, but this time in addition to spaghetti he made a ”Chicken Lasagna”.

Iphone pictures, I left my camera on the counter at home.

Cheesy Chicken Lasagna, garlic bread and salad.

I loved every bite and can not wait to get the recipe and make this later next week. The breading on top, carrots and cheese made this dish taste so good.

Many glasses of wine and a couple rounds of ”Apples to Apples”  with friends; made it a great Wednesday night get together.

That looks so good!!! I want to make something like this for my hubby, because he doesn’t like regular lasagna.
