Strawberry Love

by Nicci on 02/03/2010

Best way to start a Hump Day is with some strawberry bread.

Homemade Gourmet’s Strawberry Bread

  1. Bread Mix
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 3/4 cup oil
  4. 10 oz bag frozen sliced strawberries

I’m glad my Mother gave me this break mix to try out!

A reader asked me if 28 Days of Exercise was healthy? I wouldn’t recommend for everyone to try this, especially if your new to fitness. You should always consult a doctor before beginning an exercise program.  You have to know what your body can handle.

My 28 Day Fitness Plan:

  • Morning Yoga~  Mon, Wed, Fri
  • Cardio~  Mon, Wed, Fri (After work)
  • Running~  Tues, Thurs,
  • Yoga~  Sat, Sun

My cardio workouts are about 30-45 minutes long. I’m currently doing 30 day Shred, Firm Sculpt and  Tae-bo. Alternating between these workouts, in order to not get bored.

I completely forgot I opened a formspring account weeks ago and I see many bloggers are using it now! So, if you have any questions for me…ask away!

Yummy! Strawberry bread sounds absolutely amazing! I love how you are practicing yoga almost everyday. That is great! 28 days of exercise does sound like a bit much, but if you are already used to doing it, are getting enough rest and getting good nutrition, you shouldn’t have a problem! I applaud you, Nicci!

Strawberry bread sounds SOOO good. I love Strawberry cake, so maybe this will be a nice healthier alternative.

mmm.. that strawberry bread looks yum-o!

i strongly believe you can workout 28 days straight as long as you’re fueling your body right and you have days where you have light workouts.

YUM! That sounds great! I have a question…didn’t you saw one of your 2010 goals was to run 2010 miles? I just wanted to know how that was going….

Now I must laugh…you totally read my mind just about. I was planning to make a strawberry banana bread tomorrow for my class, but the bananas were so green they would never be mushy enough to make good bread by tomorrow. Instead I am doing an apple sauce bread.

Mmmm, strawberry bread. I’ve always been afraid of making bread. I have no idea why.

You just taught me about two things I haven’t heard of: strawberry bread and formspring. I’ll have to look into both of those.
